Placing an Order

In the shopping cart, you can view, modify quantities, or remove products. Once satisfied, click the "PLACE ORDER" button.

If you are a registered customer, proceed to the next step with your details; otherwise, register your information on our website.

Enter your billing and delivery address.

Choose a delivery method and agree to the terms and conditions. By accepting the terms, you confirm that you have reviewed, agree to, and will comply with them.
Your order will be sent to EFWebShop.com's email. Orders are processed on the same business day from 9:00 to 17:00 or on the next business day.
Cancellation and Non-Fulfillment Home and Storage OÜ reserves the right to cancel or not fulfill an order without penalties in the following cases: a) The product is out of stock; b) Incorrect price or product details displayed due to a system error; c) If the order cannot be fulfilled, customer service will contact the buyer to offer a substitute product or refund the amount paid. Partial refunds or payments can also be agreed upon depending on the substitute product’s price.
Payment Methods You can pay in one of two ways:

Products in the cart reflect current stock, which may change. cannot guarantee product availability if payment is delayed. If payment has been made but the product is out of stock, EFWebShop.com's customer service will inform the customer and refund the amount paid.
Purchases are confirmed upon pre-invoice payment. Goods are dispatched from the warehouse only after full payment is received. If payment is not made within three days, the order will be canceled.
Delivery and Storage

Products in stock are delivered within 1–3 days.

Customers will be contacted no later than the next day after order placement to confirm and discuss delivery conditions.

Items transported by the customer must be picked up within one week of notification of readiness.

Storage beyond this period will incur a fee of €15 per day (including 24% VAT).
Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The amount paid, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customized or specially made products cannot be returned. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

For campaign purchases, all included products must be returned as a set.

To return goods, send an email to info@efexon.ee with the returned items, order number, and bank account details for the refund.
Disputes and Complaints

Buyers can assert their rights in case of non-conformity with the agreement under applicable laws.

Sellers are responsible for defects detected within two years of delivery. For defects found within six months, it is presumed the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

For faulty goods, buyers can request replacement, price reduction, or order cancellation if replacement is not feasible or causes unreasonable inconvenience. Sellers are not liable for damage caused by improper use, storage, or violation of product instructions.
